Caring for your Crystal Candy

Crystal Candy does not like excessive heat or humidity. Store them in a cool, dry place, and avoid the refrigerator. Do not keep them in their individual wrappers for more than a week. If your Crystal Candy has "sweated" on their journey, take out of packaging and place them on a plate. Let them dry out for a day or so (if you can wait that long!) and they will become extra crunchy again.

Once any moisture has been aired out you can place them in an airtight container. With proper care, they can last up to three months.
